There are some methods for recovering the data from the scratched disks they are there are condition in which the scratched disk cannot be recovered .but do this it cant be worked are not first take a cotton cloth it should not contain any fur in layer gently rube it the dust particle will be removed and hence the CD or DVD works .but don't rube rashly
