Microsoft as recently developed a new operating system windows 8.1,This operating system is the updated version of windows 8 pro operating system.Microsoft have made update on each and every aspects of windows 8.1 operating system.

UPDATES MADE ON WINDOWS 8.1 OPERATING SYSTEM:
The following updates are added to the windows 8.1 operating system,they include

• Metro apps can be customized to four size small,medium,wide and large.
• Apps are not automatically added to start screen as like in windows 8 pro operating system.
• Customers are allowed to search application in windows app store.
• Errors in app store as been solved.
• Boot time is faster than windows 8 pro operating system.
• Application user interface as been changed.

ADVANTAGE OF WINDOWS 8.1 OPERATING SYSTEM:

• Easy user interface.
• Better than that of windows 8 pro.
• Game play is good and does not stuck while playing games.
• Most of the application shows live tiles features.
• No-Antivirus software required as windows defender installed to operating system.
• Drivers for hardware installed automatically.

DISADVANTAGE OF WINDOWS 8.1 OPERATING SYSTEM:
Some of the drawbacks are also there on windows 8.1 operating system,which include the following.

• Look somewhat similar like windows 8 pro operating system.
• Some application stuck while using it.
• Application(metro apps) works only in full screen.
• Steam installation quite difficult.

Following errors can occur on windows 8.1 os:

• memory-management.
• kmode-exception-is-not-handled(win32.sys)
• bad_pool_header.
• attempt_to_write_read_only_memory.
• page_fault_in non paged(win32.sys).
