There is two option to get our data recovery in windows 8 first is recovering the data with "reset option" ans second option is "recovery with the "refresh option .This due to installation of the disk and website is not necessary more probably there is no need to back up your files in the external hard drive in your PC ,when you have installed the windows 8 .
